What you’ll do

We are looking to add a Chief Marketing Officer to help support the evolution of Mambu.

 

In this newly created role, you will build and lead our global marketing function and be a collaborative partner across all functional areas of the business. You will report to Eugene Danilkis, our CEO, and be a key member of the executive leadership (ExCo) of Mambu. 

 

You are a growth driver, innovator, capability builder and storyteller -  a passionate role model that cares about people with a continuous growth learning attitude.

 

As a key member of Mambu’s Executive Team, the Chief Marketing Officer will drive the development of our marketing vision and philosophy, aligned to our overall business strategy and the direction of the organization.

 

You will:

 

  • Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy and execute a sophisticated marketing plan, aligned to Mambu’s strategic objectives
  • Build and lead a “one marketing” team - incorporating product marketing, corporate marketing and commercial teams into one strong growth marketing engine
  • Drive sustainable product-led growth together with the Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Technology Officer and their teams 
  • Develop and execute a customer-centric marketing operating model, working closely with key stakeholders across the organisation and in other functional areas to ensure the global Mambu team understands the context for the work we are driving, and feels connected to each other and the impact we have on our workforce
  • Role-model best in class leadership skills to drive rapport, credibility, trust and respect across the organisation and beyond, to help build a world-class culture known for delivering great results
  • Build influential relationships internally and externally to influence our strategic agenda and drive organisational priorities and programs

 

What you’ll bring

Your experience includes:

  • Proven experience as a Chief Marketing Officer or similar in SaaS, Fintech or Technology 
  • Proven experience creating and delivering an effective B2B marketing strategy
  • BA/BS Degree, (MBA a plus)
  • 10 + years business experience leading and scaling global teams, ideally with an additional 3 - 5+ years experience working at a high growth, scale-up tech company
