We are looking for a creative and experienced Employee Relations and Engagement Manager to join our team to deliver business value and achieve company and team objectives. As the Employee Relations and Engagement Manager, your main responsibility will be to ensure we have the right people policies in place and support creating and managing the communities we need and want to create an exceptional employee experience for Mambuvians. 

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Partnering with People Partners and our People Experience team on the management of ER cases to ensure compliance with local laws and procedures, as well as alignment with our culture and values. 
  • Raising the capability of people managers to manage ER matters and avoid escalations.
  • Coaching and mediating where needed to support leaders and people managers directly on ER matters where required. 
  • Supporting our emerging employee networks, promoting a sense of belonging in Mambu.
  • Supporting the evolution of the employee experience based on feedback and ensuring our policies and practices reflect the needs of Mambuvians.

What you’ll bring

 

  • At least 5 years experience in the People Team or working environment to know what an employee experience may look like 
  • Creative and flexible mindset, always looking for new ways to evolve
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Able to communicate in a clear and simple way, both spoken and written
  • Tech savvy - ability to use technology to enhance experience
  • Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative
