An accountable servant leader for one of the Platform Engineering teams in the Hosting Platform group. Ensures that products and services owned by his/her team meet functional and performance levels, are reliable and fulfil security and operational readiness requirements. Builds and matures Platform engineering function and ensures deliveries through strong focus on collaboration and execution, while supporting engineers to have constant skills growth and be high performers. Direct people & hiring manager for the team, focused on guiding people in their career path. Defines ways of working in alliance with the Hosting Platform area and all Mambu’s Tribes to enable high autonomy, high alignment and streamlined production support.
