• Engineering: Implementation of clean, scalable, and reusable code using Java for our data management solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of reliability, quality, performance, and security.
• Product Development: Focus on creating new and advanced products, while also maintaining and enhancing existing solutions.
• Customer-Centric Solutions: Have a direct impact on customer experience by delivering solutions that precisely meet their needs, contributing to the evolution of our offerings.
• Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in elevating code quality, improving testing methodologies (JBehave, Unit, and Selenium), refining processes, and enhancing documentation both within and beyond the team's scope.
• Cloud Compatibility: Design solutions that are compatible with major cloud vendors (AWS, GCP, Azure);
• Technical Debt Management: Proactively address technical debt to maintain a healthy and efficient codebase.

• Solid Java Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Java, showcasing your proficiency in crafting robust solutions.
• Testing Proficiency: Strong unit testing knowledge, including experience with JUnit.
• Database Mastery: Proficiency in working with MySQL for effective data management.
• Monitoring and Alerting: Experience with application monitoring and alerting tools and practices to ensure the reliability and performance of our solutions and efficient codebase.

The base salary for this position is €4700 gross (before taxes) monthly. This is a full-time equivalent target rate for Lithuania only. Actual rate offered will vary depending on the nature of the role and the breadth of skills and expertise the candidate brings to the role relative to existing Mambuvians.
For the rest of the locations where we advertise this role, the starting salary will be discussed during the recruitment process.
