What you’ll do

  • You will help our Customers design and implement efficient, performant and scalable technology architectures centred around Mambu.
  • You will advise, consult and train Customers on the usage of Mambu’s integration capabilities to ensure use of best practices.
  • You will design and POC orchestrations for functional gaps and guide our Customers on their implementation.
  • You will coordinate with our  product and engineering teams to identify enhancements and improvements to Mambu’s offering
  • You will work with new and existing Customers in a variety of engagements ensuring that execution is on track, we deliver value and exceed customer expectations.

What you’ll bring

  • You have a strong technical background designing and implementing integration architectures leveraging public cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP or Azure.
  • You have a deep understanding of web services, APIs, webhooks and streaming services and their practical application in various use cases.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communications skills being able to tailor your approach to technical and non-technical audiences, managing customer relationships and stakeholders, and producing high quality documentation and deliverables.
  • You are customer obsessed, a consultant at heart and with a proactive mindset to solve problems and drive positive outcomes. 
  • You have experience in a service environment, preferably consulting in financial services with strong knowledge of core banking systems.
