You will play a critical role in shaping our marketing strategy by providing data-driven insights, recommendations and performance analysis. You will be responsible for all reporting initiatives, from campaigns to pipeline performance. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our marketing efforts are optimised, aligned with targets, and contribute to our growth objectives. If you are a driven and analytical individual who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Key responsibilities will include:

    • Data Visualisation: Create visually appealing and informative data visualisations to communicate findings. Translate complex data into easy-to-understand visual representations for stakeholders. Use data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Channels Optimisations: Collaborate with the marketing team to identify areas for improvement and optimisation. Provide actionable recommendations to enhance campaign performance, lead generation, and conversion rates. Track and measure the impact of optimisation efforts on key metrics.
  • Ownership of CRM: Ensure data integrity within the CRM system and provide insights for the sales and marketing team. Leverage Hubspot and Salesforce to conduct reporting. Ensuring alignment with SFDC.
  • Workflow and Automation Management: Access and amend workflows, databases, and establish new rules as needed to optimise processes and enhance efficiency. Collaborate closely with the Revenue Operations (RevOps) team to ensure seamless integration and alignment of marketing and sales efforts.
  • Strategy Support: Provide insights that contribute to the overall marketing and business strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with company goals. Stay up to date with industry trends and market dynamics to inform strategy.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, data science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in data analysis and marketing analytics.
  • Proficiency in data reporting and visualisation tools (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Data Studio).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and expertise in data extraction and segmentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • The ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of B2B SaaS and technology markets is a plus.
