What you’ll do

This is your opportunity to shape the success of Mambu’s Commercial teams! As part of the Talent Development function in Amsterdam, Netherlands, you’ll empower our global sales professionals with the tools, knowledge, skills and confidence to effectively sell our world-class SaaS/Core Banking solutions. You will lead high-impact enablement initiatives—including sales training, coaching, certifications and onboarding—helping our sales teams perform at their best in a fast-moving, competitive market.

 

Sales Enablement & Training

  • Design and deliver blended learning experiences—live and digital—to sharpen sales skills, product knowledge, and go-to-market execution.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Partners, Marketing, Delivery, Customer Success, Product Management & Product Marketing to align enablement strategies.

Product, Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Validate and socialise the latest product developments, roadmap updates, and feature enhancements, raising the product knowledge & awareness of commercial teams.
  • Stay ahead of core banking and fintech trends, leveraging third-party content to enhance sales enablement materials.

What you’ll bring

Your Experience

✔ Sales Enablement Expertise – Proven experience in sales enablement, training & L&D within a complex software (enterprise SaaS sales) environment.

✔ Content Development & Delivery – Skilled at creating engaging, impactful, and scalable blended learning experiences (live, virtual, e-learning, video, support materials).

✔ Sales Coaching & Leadership Enablement – Strong background in coaching sales teams and empowering sales managers with coaching frameworks.

✔ Program Management – Experience leading multi-region enablement programs; onboarding, bootcamps and sales training events.

✔ Sales Methodologies & Execution – Familiarity with MEDDPICC sales methodologies and ensuring consistent application across enablement initiatives.

✔ Sales Experience (Preferred) – Background as an Account Executive in a SaaS, fintech, or Core Banking environment is a major plus.
