What you’ll do

  • Deal with day-to-day people employment queries for Mambu, to meet local and international compliance requirements (onboarding, offboarding, employee relations matters etc.)
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all Dutch labour law and ER matters
  • Ensure adherence to local Dutch legislation, communicate and implement company policies and procedures locally. In partnership with Legal and Employee Relations implement any required action to ensure local legal requirements are met
  • Manage employee queries coming to the People Experience team, incl. via FreshService ticketing system
  • Analyse effectiveness and continuously improve people operations processes and employee experience
  • Keep the local knowledge base of PeopleOps team up to date and follow the best world practices
  • Work in collaboration with other administrative departments and teams (Payroll, Legal, Operations)
  • A point of contact for expat employees on the migration issues, keeping track of the employees’ work permits, their renewal, paperwork and procedures, working closely with an external legal agency

What you’ll bring

  • Proven work experience as a People Operations Specialist, Dutch Labour law specialist, HR Generalist, or another relevant role
  • Good working knowledge of employment legislation, Labour code in the Netherlands. Experience working with Labour Laws in other countries is a plus
  • Strong desire to grow as a People Experience professional and provide high-quality administrative support
  • Attention to details with a high level of self-discipline
  • Focus on being proactive and result-oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish strong relationships at all levels and across functions
  • Wish to work in an international team
