What you’ll do

To continue our success story, we are looking for a Senior Partner Manager to join our company and support Mambu further growth by developing and nurturing strategic relations with all Mambu partners.   • Developing and nurturing strategic relationships with consulting partners, system integrators, cloud service providers and technology partners in order to drive new pipeline and revenues
  • Establish KPIs for partnerships, monitor performance, and ensure accountability on both sides
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to align partnership strategies with organizational goals
  • Coordinating all company activities with the partners including contracting / agreements, training, marketing, demand generation, executive briefings, business planning and client engagements
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to design and implement joint go-to-market initiatives with partners to drive new revenue
  • Championing the effective business alignment of the Partner’s and Mambu’s commercial offering to become a key part of the partner's go to market plan and revenue targets
  • Ensuring partners are active and deliver consistent pipeline generation and drive effective revenue growth
  • Working closely with partners and clients to negotiate and close deals - this role will have a revenue quota attached
  • Help the partner succeed with Mambu  - both in commercial pursuits and serve as a doorway into Mambu, bringing our experts to the table, on any matters where they are engaged in a client deployment and help is needed
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and mutual success

What you’ll bring

  • Extensive experience in Sales Related Partner/Alliances management 
  • Experience managing and driving sales with alliance partners, mainly in a co-sell motion and joint offering creation
  • Demonstrated success in building revenue-generating alliances and ecosystems
  • Strong track record sales quota attainment
  • Knowledge and experience working and managing partners across the ASEAN region
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with experience driving large-scale partnership initiatives
  • Ability to build go-to-market and / or business plans with partners to align with Mambu’s mid-to-long term ambitions
  • Relevant experience and understanding of the Financial Services Industry. Ideally with an understanding of core banking and related ecosystem
  • Experience with cloud-based solutions and integration frameworks and positioning and selling SaaS solutions
  • Experience in account/business Sales management, selling to C-Level, Technical Levels, and Key decision-maker executives
  • Ability to demonstrate business value to C-level executives and negotiate complex commercial terms
  • Ability to explain the benefits of working with partners to internal teams (sales, pre sales, post sales: delivery, and development teams) 
  • Ability to quickly grasp key aspects of partner solutions and articulate synergies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to quickly grasp technical aspects of partner solutions and articulate synergies
  • Honesty and integrity: Not cutting corners with regards to work ethics. Earning trust and maintaining confidence. Doing what is right
  • Proactivity and self-motivation: Acting without being told what to do, and bringing new ideas to the team
  • Bachelor's Degree minimum requirement, Master’s Degree desirable 
  • This role will require international travel
