• Lead Mambu implementations by translating customer visions into the platform.
• Expertly understand customer business processes and gather detailed requirements.
• Guide and influence customers towards Mambu best practices and scalable solutions.
• Conduct comprehensive workshops on requirements and Mambu platform translation (including APIs).
• Support customer setup, configuration, testing, deployment, and integration of Mambu.
• Provide customer training and ongoing support, collaborating with cross-functional teams for success.

• Deep knowledge of consumer/business lending and deposit products/operations (banking/FinTech).
• Consultative approach to understand and anticipate customer needs.
• Proven experience in enterprise/financial technology (sales, implementation, servicing, support).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proven ability to create deliverables for diverse audiences (executives to engineers).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including presentations and training.
