About The Role:  
This critical, trusted leadership role will drive strategic planning, support, and direct change management throughout the CPTO organization, essential to the successful delivery of enterprise-wide global product ,technology and security strategy. We are looking for someone who will unleash their significant talents for program management, mobilizing cross functional teams, delivering solutions for scale and data-driven decision making to refine, launch and take to market solutions that accelerate our customers’ success. Your passion, technical and business depth, and excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills will inspire our teams and rapidly establish trust amongst a diverse set of stakeholders and customers.

What you’ll do

  • Define a set of Program Management standards based on a mix of best practices and the needs of the organization 

  • Lead a group of technical program managers across product and technology organizations.

  • Develop consistency in program management artifacts, metrics, Jira usage including dashboards to enable clear and precise articulation of progress to teams and to our leadership

  • Lead a continuous improvement cycle for the Engagement Model including quarterly PI Planning inclusive of our Portfolio Stakeholders/Partners to drive alignment around enterprise level priorities 

  • Facilitate engagement with Product and Engineering leadership, ensuring strategic alignment, clear understanding of program goals and desired outcomes via a well-documented and well communicated program approach 

  • Ensure the execution of strong stakeholder Communications and Change Management plans across the enterprise, leveraging synergies and identifying gaps. 

  • Effectively collaborate with other portfolio management teams and other leaders to influence key activities and decision-making that affect the technology strategy and global platform build & adoption 

  • Drive continuous improvement and on-going development of the Strategy and Planning team by leading process/tool/pattern/framework maturity

  • Ensure the successful migration of new and existing global services onto new platforms

  • Influence the training needs of the organization 

  • Optimize risk associated with the discipline or process 

  • Work closely with a variety of internal clients and partners within all functional areas of the business to ensure a path for innovation and value realization  

  • Drive shorter delivery cycles, including faster time to market  

  • Reduce project risk and on-time delivery of products / projects

  • Drive urgency and focus to address pressing business issues that need immediate attention

  • Partner with Finance on management of the P & T budget  and ensure that we meet our financial targets

  • Make connections across the enterprise that others may not see 

  • Provide independent, informed, unbiased insight including on the ground feedback

 

What you’ll bring

  • 10 -15+ years of Delivery & technical program management experience at a leadership level preferably in a technology led company

  • Very comfortable presenting to CEO & other executives and driving meaningful conversations at multiple levels of organization

  • Experience driving large scale change management & mind-set shift

  • Strong understanding of project and portfolio management disciplines, Agile, governance processes, and executive reporting

  • Strong understanding of the product and engineering development lifecycle

  • Excellent Gsuite skills

  • Outstanding written and verbal skills

  • Experience planning & executing regular townhalls and offsites 

  • Energetic and upbeat “can do” attitude  

  • Ability to navigate and address conflict

  • Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills, including a track record developing credibility with and supporting senior managers on the effective internal communication of major decisions and emerging strategic issues

  • A track record in leading and delivering complex large-scale projects and partnerships, often managing a range of internal and external stakeholders

  • Strong financial analysis and budget planning and management experience and skills

  • A good understanding of the current diversity agenda and its relationship to internal communications

  • Previous experience leading product and technology organisations a plus

  • Cloud expertise a plus
