About The Role
This critical, trusted leadership role will drive standardized and go forward architecture and engineering excellence throughout the CPTO organization, essential to the successful delivery of enterprise-wide global product ,technology and security strategy. We are looking for someone who will unleash their significant talents for architecture, design, engineering, innovation and love of technology for driving cross functional teams to deliver highly scalable, performant and cost effective products and solutions that accelerate our customers’ success. Your passion, technical and business depth, and excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills will inspire our teams and rapidly establish trust amongst a diverse set of stakeholders and customers.   

• Collaborate with Product, Business, and Technology leaders to identify opportunities and risks, set overall strategic direction, and guide the company through scale-up and ongoing operations. 
• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks and investment roadmaps aligned with organizational goals. 
• Establish and enforce enterprise-wide standards, processes, and best practices for architecture and Engineering by building automated guardrails / libraries and empowering engineering teams.
• Drive engineering excellence to deliver scalable, cost-effective and on-time solutions that meet customer requirements while managing technical debt. 
• Manage architecture budgets, unit cost of solutions, and vendor relationships, optimizing multi-cloud costs and resource utilization. Mature FinOps discipline. 
• Implement and achieve continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices, ensuring visibility and predictability around engineering processes
• Measure and drive adoption of architectural principles and standards, providing visibility into the health of the technology portfolio
• Build go forward business solutions where needed and drive migrations from old stack to new in a pragmatic and thoughtful manner
• Drive technical integration strategy and architecture for M & A’s to achieve synergies and faster delivery of GTM solutions
• Mentor and guide the technology teams to ensure consistent quality, innovation, and alignment with organizational objectives and Oversee the design, implementation, and performance of scalable, secure systems and applications. 
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on state of technology maturity and maturity roadmap
• Stay current with industry trends to integrate emerging technologies and ensure the organization continuously upskills to maintain a competitive edge. 
• Partner with Data LT to define and execute the AI strategy, leading cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, impactful solutions while driving organizational change and ensuring ethical, secure adoption. 

• 12+ years of elite experience in software and technology, combining strategic vision with hands-on execution. 
• Proven leader with technical depth, track record of delivering value, decision-making, and a collaborative approach. 
• Experience in leading enterprise level teams 
• Hands-on leadership style, actively supporting the team when needed (e.g., code reviews). 
• Proven expertise in AI strategy, machine learning, and deploying scalable, ethical AI solutions aligned with business goals 
• Built and managed large and distributed technology teams 
• Skilled in implementing enterprise-wide technology standards, managing cloud budgets, and optimizing resources. 
• Up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in scalable architectures and modern technologies.
• Strong experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS is must, GCP, Azure is bonus) 
• Extensive experience in containerization, including Docker and Kubernetes, for scalable application deployment. Expertise in observability practices, leveraging tools for monitoring, logging, and tracing (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack). 
• Strong skills in deployment automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like CloudFormation, Terraform 
• Proven expertise in AI strategy, and deploying scalable, ethical AI solutions aligned with business goals. 
• Proven experience in DevOps and DevSecOps methodologies, implementing CI/CD pipelines with tools such as GitLab and GitHub Actions. 
• Strong understanding of security concepts and technologies
