What you’ll do

As a Product Marketer in a fast-growing organisation, you will also contribute to defining and executing our strategy for translating the value of our product into the specific needs of our various target segments, positioning Numeral’s product as a reference, and enabling our sales team.

 

You will be responsible for:

 

  • Market intelligence & positioning – become a subject matter expert regarding the pains and needs of our customer segments, and the regulations and technical rulebooks applying to them. Conduct market research to fuel the product roadmap and the value proposition, positioning and pricing of our products and features
  • Product launch & go-to-market – Contribute to product launch activities and ongoing product update communications. Fuel go-to-market campaigns and initiatives by creating content for various channels, including blog, website, and social media
  • Sales enablement – Coordinate sales training to empower Account Executives and Solutions Engineers on how to articulate the value proposition to customers and prospects. Provide Account Executives and Solutions Engineers with relevant materials to help them convey the right messages and close deals

What you’ll bring

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in B2B product marketing, ideally for SaaS/fintech products
  • Proven track record of driving successful go-to-market launches that drive adoption and bottom line impact
  • Experience positioning technical products to both technical and non-technical decision makers
  • Ability to analyze market and competitor trends and to make education recommendations as to the direction of the product
  • Ability to effectively partner with all functions and build strong internal relationships - from engineering and product, to sales and marketing
  • Ability to deliver creative, concise messages and stories that improve buyer interactions - visually, verbally, or in writing across all targeted channels
  • You will provide Thought Leadership in the industry, attend conferences to represent Mambu and Numeral’s vision, and be absolutely central in accelerating our  long-term product innovation and growth
