What you’ll do

Are you a strategic thinker who knows how to use storytelling to make a big impact? As our Marketing Manager (Content), you’ll take the lead in shaping and executing a content strategy that keeps Mambu top-of-mind. You’ll be at the center of our messaging, working with creatives, strategists, and analysts to ensure the right message reaches the right audience at the right time - always with a consistent and compelling brand voice.

 

This role is perfect for an idea-driven innovator who thrives on big-picture thinking, strategic execution, and collaboration. At Mambu, we’re at an exciting stage where your expertise and creativity can truly make a lasting mark. Key responsabilities will include:

 

  • Lead a content strategy that combines always-on content to maintain brand visibility with big campaigns that drive significant impact.
  • Build and maintain a messaging framework and editorial guidelines to ensure a unified and consistent brand voice across channels.
  • Analyze audience insights, market trends, and performance data to shape effective formats, angles, and content distribution strategies.
  • Partner with marketing operations to request and interpret performance reports, using insights to refine and optimize strategies.
  • Oversee multi-channel content calendars that balance long-term strategy with short-term campaign activations.
  • Innovate with alternative media formats like podcasts, newsletters, and third-party partnerships to better connect with target audiences.
  • Drive cross-channel campaigns, collaborating with PR, brand, analyst relations, and design teams to align strategies and execution.
  • Write and deliver clear, actionable briefs to stakeholders and agencies, ensuring alignment and high-quality outputs.
  • Foster collaboration across diverse teams, translating creative and strategic ideas into cohesive and impactful campaigns.

What you’ll bring

You connect the dots between strategy, creativity, and execution effortlessly, and have a natural talent for delivering campaigns that inspire and engage.   • Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and deliver multi-channel campaigns.
  • Exceptional project management skills to juggle multiple priorities and execute global content initiatives seamlessly.
  • Expertise in crafting and maintaining messaging frameworks and editorial guidelines for consistent brand storytelling.
  • Strong analytical mindset to interpret performance data and research outputs, translating them into actionable strategies.
  • Outstanding briefing and communication skills to guide stakeholders and agencies in delivering high-quality content.
  • A passion for innovation and curiosity for new media formats, always seeking the best ways to connect with and serve audiences.
  • Strategic vision paired with practical execution to align content initiatives with business goals and audience needs.
  • Experience thriving in matrixed environments, effectively managing resources and stakeholders to achieve results.
