About the Role

In this role, you will be the bridge between our engineering teams and our product vision, ensuring we deliver cutting-edge, scalable, and reliable SaaS banking solutions. You will leverage your deep technical understanding, particularly in cloud technologies like AWS, AZURE, GCP, to define and drive the development of key platform features. You will be instrumental in translating complex technical requirements into actionable product roadmaps and ensuring alignment across engineering, product, and other stakeholders.

• Define and manage the technical product roadmap, aligning with product strategy and business objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for technical innovation.
• Translate product requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories for engineering teams.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, DevOps, and SRE teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Ensure product scalability, security, and reliability, working with architects on resilient cloud architectures.
• Leverage cloud expertise to guide the development of cloud-native solutions and optimize cloud resource utilization.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive improvements.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including engineering, product, sales, marketing, and customers, to gather feedback and ensure alignment.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager, ideally within a SaaS environment.
• Strong technical background with experience in software development, DevOps, or a similar role.
• Deep understanding of cloud computing and experience building SaaS services on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and API design.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with a strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
