About the team

Builder tools is dedicated to revolutionizing the builder experience in Mambu. We focus on automating infrastructure and enhancing developer experience, ensuring that internal “builders” have a seamless, efficient, and enjoyable journey from concept to deployment. Our mission is to streamline development processes, integrate cutting-edge automation tools, and create a robust, developer-friendly environment.

• Participate in infrastructure automation initiatives and continuously improve delivery pipelines focusing on multi-cloud environments (mainly on AWS, but also Azure and GCP).
• Own and operate application and infrastructure powering CI/CD pipelines.
• Define and implement processes of deploying changes to production for all Mambu capabilities, continuously streamline and further improve these processes.
• Adopt and integrate state-of-the-art automation tools and practices.
• Gather required metrics and audit trails for compliance reporting.

• Solid knowledge of at least one public cloud provider.
• Experience with continuous deployments with various deployment strategies (blue/green, canary, etc.).
• Experience with continuous integration practices and understanding of CI systems.
• Experience in Infrastructure as Code.
• Good understanding of Git workflows (e.g. trunk-based) and integrating Git into CI/CD pipelines.
• Good understanding of deployment strategies and tools used for Kubernetes, including Helm, Kustomize and the GitOps approach.
• Good understanding about containers, container orchestration and the ecosystem around them.
• Knowledge of observability principles and practices, including monitoring, logging, and tracing to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Programming skills in Go and/or Python with a focus on developing automation scripts and tools.
