Let’s rewrite the rules of banking together

Mambu’s is looking for a Finance manager to be a key position in our Finance team in the Netherlands and support Mambu’s recent acquisition of our French entity and subsequent transformation and integration. This is an individual contributor role that will initially be focused on supporting the existing business in their day to day accounting and financial reporting needs.  It will also support the transformation and integration into the Mambu Global Consolidation process over a period of time.   

• Managing day to day financial administration activities of Numeral, a Mambu company   
• Support the transformation of Numeral’s local processes and eventual integration into Mambu’s Global processes.  
• Be a key business partner to the Accounting, FP&A, Strategy and Founders and support in establishing reporting processes for the various business needs.  
• With the support of external consultants, execute the monthly financial closing process in a timely manner and ensure compliance with local French standards and IFRS accounting policies 
• Manage external consultants of Numeral to ensure reliable and timely financial data.  
• Review and Maintain accuracy and completeness of trial balances  
• Be a proactive team member and identify and implement improvements and efficiencies which can streamline the close process and/or reduce risks 
• Partner with business stakeholders and advise on transactions; 
• Support Numeral’s statutory audit and support on the global audit.  

• + 7 years of experience in accounting and finance  
• Knowledge of French gaap is essential, and experience working in a multinational organization is preferred 
• A proactive team player that is continually pushing themselves and others 
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel 
• Fluency in English and French language required, with proven business writing and communication ability
