What you’ll do

As Product Manager, you will play a key role in building our product vision and delivering products that enable fintechs, payments companies, and banks to build best-in-class payment infrastructures. What your impact will be: 

 

  • Product Vision and Strategy: Define and champion the product vision and strategy for our retail banking solutions, with a focus on payments. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with Mambu and Numeral’s mission and business objectives.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Conduct thorough market research and engage with clients to deeply understand their needs and challenges related to payments and retail banking products. Embrace a customer-obsessed mindset to deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Product Development Leadership: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from discovery to launch, collaborating seamlessly with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams. Foster a culture of curiosity and continuous learning.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay at the forefront of payment and retail banking regulations, ensuring our products are compliant and provide a seamless user experience.
  • Client Success: Partner with sales and client success teams to support the successful adoption and use of our payment products, ensuring clients achieve their goals.
  • Thought Leadership: Be a vocal advocate for innovation in the payments industry, representing Mambu and Numeral  at industry events and contributing to thought leadership content.

What you’ll bring

  • Product Management Experience: Extensive knowledge and experience in payments and retail banking products.
  • Customer Focus: A strong ability to empathise with customers, gather insights, and translate them into actionable product requirements.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to build relationships and drive consensus across teams.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Analytical skills to interpret data, identify opportunities, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in Product Management in the Payments Industry. Core Banking experience advantageous: Familiarity with payment technologies and financial service products highly desirable.
