About the team

 

The People Experience team is a global team of 8 members that supports employees across multiple countries, with dedicated specialists for various regions. The team manages employee relations, HR operations, and payroll, collaborating closely with other departments like People partners, IT, and Finance. They offer a flexible working scheme and handle diverse responsibilities such as employment contracts, legal compliance, HR projects, continuous improvement, HR processes.

 

What you’ll do

  • Lead People Analytics Initiatives: Design, implement, and manage end-to-end people analytics strategies, frameworks, and dashboards, and reporting processes, serving as the primary contact to ensure accurate and impactful delivery of insights across the organisation

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, leadership, and business teams to identify analytics needs and deliver relevant insights and recommendations.

  • Data Visualization & Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.

  • Advanced Analytics: Conduct deep-dive analyses, predictive modeling, and workforce segmentation to uncover trends and anticipate future outcomes (e.g., attrition risk, hiring trends).

  • Data Integration & Synthesis: Aggregate and consolidate data from diverse HR systems, platforms, and tools to build comprehensive datasets, ensuring accuracy and coherence for insightful analysis and reporting.

  • Data Governance & Integrity: Ensure HR data quality, compliance, and security standards are met.

  • Metrics Development: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to talent acquisition, retention, DEI, performance, engagement and other HR functions.

  • Consulting & Storytelling: Translate complex data into clear narratives and strategic recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, HR, Business, Statistics, BI or a related field

  • 4+ years of experience in HR analytics, BI, or a similar role

  • Strong skills in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, query

  • Experience with visualization platforms (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau,)

  • Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday)

  • Strong understanding of HR metrics, talent lifecycle, and organizational behavior

  • Excellent communication, consulting, and data storytelling skills

  • An ability to design and build SAP SF report would be a must

  • The base salary for this position is from €3500 to €4500 gross (before taxes) monthly.
