Our team is 20 strong, with experts in brand, content, product, and acquisition marketing. What you’ll do

  • Digital channel management: Utilize and optimize email, PPC, and display campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn and Google to attract leads and generate demand.
  • Audience segmentation: Build target segments using HubSpot data based on job function, seniority, lead warmth, and account information for tailored messaging.
  • Demand generation and nurture campaigns: Construct campaigns that maximize impact throughout the buying journey, defining requirements for successful lead generation and enhanced engagement.
  • Email marketing strategies: Develop email strategies, create workflows, and segment audiences for nurturing and retargeting, including A/B testing for optimization.
  • Performance reporting: Produce comprehensive campaign success reports with actionable insights and ensure consistent reporting metrics through lead sources and UTMs.
  • Tracking tags: Create and implement tracking tags via Google Tag Manager and LinkedIn for key channels, including email and the website.

What you’ll bring

  • Minimum of five years experience in a digital marketing role, with a proven track record in managing and optimising HubSpot, Linkedin and Google Ad campaigns.
  • Extensive experience with CRM databases to collate data and segment audiences. 
  • Proficiency in building prospecting and nurturing campaigns along with a demonstrated ability to generate and interpret campaign performance reports.
  • Demonstrated expertise in HubSpot, with the ability to leverage its features for effective campaign management and optimisations.
  • Proficiency in accessing and amending campaign workflows and criteria to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Collaborative skills to work closely with the RevOps team.
  • Alignment with marketing tech teams to help with automation, A/B testing, tracking, and identifying growth opportunities throughout the funnel.
