Our team is 20 strong, with experts in brand, content, product, and acquisition marketing. We collaborate closely with product, sales, and other teams to bring our purpose to life and drive business growth.

What you’ll do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop members of the global marketing function, fostering a high-performing, collaborative, and creative culture
  • Development and execution of global campaign strategy aligned with go-to-market strategy, commercial priorities, and ABM tactics
  • Lead content strategy and production across the full customer lifecycle, delivering engaging multi-format content that supports acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Define and evolve brand messaging and positioning in collaboration with product marketing to ensure consistency, clarity, and relevance for priority segments
  • Build and lead the in-house creative team, including design and copywriting, while managing relationships with creative, content, and PR agencies to ensure high-quality, on-brand delivery
  • Drive and execute global PR, analyst relations, and organic social strategies in partnership with internal teams and external agencies to build reputation and share of voice in key markets

What you’ll bring

  • 8+ years of experience leading global content, campaign and brand strategy in a B2B banking, payments or financial services industry is required
  • Experience delivering high-impact campaigns and content for the financial services sector, with an understanding of regulated industries and complex buyer journeys
  • Solid track record in leading global integrated campaigns and driving brand awareness, pipeline growth and customer engagement
  • Experience building and managing in-house creative teams and working with agencies in a matrixed global environment
  • Hands-on experience managing and growing organic social media channels, with a clear understanding of performance metrics and platform strategies
  • Skilled in developing and applying AI tools to marketing use cases for content and campaign workflows
