As a Senior Manager, Business Applications & IT you will serve as global product owner for our NetSuite ERP platform and directly manage engineering functionalities. You will streamline financial operations, strengthen controls, and drive automation across our Global entities while partnering closely with Finance, IT, HR and external vendors.

What your impact will be: 

• Own and optimise NetSuite ERP: Oversee configuration, release management, SuiteCloud standards and sandbox strategy.
• Lead and grow the team: Coach and mentor NetSuite admins/analysts, set goals and KPIs.
• Manage vendors & partners: Coordinate with Oracle/NetSuite and integrators, ensure SLAs and contract delivery.
• Establish controls & compliance: Ensure data integrity, segregation‑of‑duties, IFRS, tax (CIT, VAT), GDPR and internal controls compliance.
• Drive upgrades & integrations: Plan NetSuite upgrades, SuiteApp deployments and third‑party integrations (payments, expenses, e‑Invoicing).
• Collaborate cross‑functionally: Partner with Finance, Tax, HR, IT Security and Operations to solve issues and align solutions to business goals.
• Ensure data accuracy: Analyse and reconcile data for financial reporting.
• Enable users: Deliver training, guidance and documentation for adoption and best practices.
• Promote continuous improvement: Recommend innovations to reduce manual work and improve month‑end close.

• 8+ years managing NetSuite in multi‑entity, multi‑currency environments.
• 3+ years in team leadership.
• Strong accounting knowledge (IFRS/US GAAP), VAT and GDPR compliance, audit controls, and month‑end close optimisation.
• Analytical, problem‑solving, project management, vendor negotiation, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Professional English (additional languages a plus).
• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Business Information Systems or related field.
• Certifications (Preferred): NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation.
• Technical (Preferred): SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, integrations (payment gateways, e‑Invoicing), ISO 27001/SOC controls.
