We are looking for a motivated SAP SuccessFactors Developer to strengthen our Business Applications team. In this role you will focus on configuration, integration, and day‑to‑day support of our core Human Capital Management (HCM) landscape, with a primary emphasis on SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Onboarding, Learning, and Compensation. You will work under the guidance of senior colleagues to deliver enhancements, improve documentation, and ensure operational continuity while helping reduce reliance on external partners.

What you’ll do

  • Configure & enhance SuccessFactors — develop and maintain workflows, business rules, Permission Roles/Groups, and MDF objects across assigned modules.
  • Build and maintain integrations — use SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or comparable middleware to connect SuccessFactors with downstream systems (e.g., payroll, identity management).
  • Resolve incidents & fulfil service requests — triage tickets, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes within defined SLAs for onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Support releases & testing — participate in bi‑annual SuccessFactors releases, regression testing, and change‑management activities.
  • Document solutions — produce clear technical and user documentation to improve knowledge transfer and audit readiness.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally — partner with HR, IT Security, and external SI resources to gather requirements and deliver agreed solutions.
  • Promote best practices — contribute to internal standards for coding, configuration, and DevOps pipelines as we establish a SuccessFactors Centre of Excellence.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HRIS, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–4 years of hands‑on experience configuring and supporting SAP SuccessFactors (at least one of: Employee Central, Onboarding, Learning, or Compensation).
  • Familiarity with SAP CPI, Boomi, or similar iPaaS tools for building integrations.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes (hire‑to‑retire), role‑based permissions, and GDPR data‑protection principles.
  • Ability to analyse problems, propose solutions, and communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA) and Agile delivery methods.
