We are seeking a highly strategic, execution-focused, and collaborative  Senior Strategic Initiatives Director to support our Chief Customer Success Officer (CCSO). This role will act as a strategic advisor, operational leader, and trusted partner to the CCSO and the broader Customer Success Services organization. You will be instrumental in driving key initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and maximizing the effectiveness of the Customer Success leadership team.

What you’ll do

Strategic Support & Execution

  • Partner with the CCSO to drive and implement strategic priorities, key performance indicators (KPIs), and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Prepare briefing materials, strategic plans, and presentations for internal and external audiences.
  • Translate our vision and strategy into actionable plans, ensuring progress through strong project management.
  • Find and implement AI efficiencies throughout the CSS organization to help us scale smarter.

 

Operational Leadership

  • Lead and optimize our internal operating rhythms, including leadership meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and planning cycles.
  • Monitor key performance metrics across the Customer Success Services organization, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Ensure timely follow-through on action items and decisions made in leadership forums.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a liaison between the CCSO and other internal stakeholders (like Sales, Product & Engineering, and Marketing) to ensure alignment and coordinated execution.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the Customer Success team and across departments.

 

People & Culture

  • Support talent development and organizational design initiatives within the Customer Success function in partnership with our People team and People Partner.
  • Drive internal communications and help us foster a high-performance, customer-obsessed culture.

 

Special Projects

  • Own and execute high-impact, ad hoc projects and initiatives on behalf of the CCSO.

What you’ll bring

  • 7+ years of experience in management consulting, strategic operations, or Chief of Staff roles in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Deep understanding of Customer Success, SaaS metrics, and go-to-market motions.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without authority.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with global teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into strategic insights.
