About the team

The Reward team is an international team of three, supporting colleagues across all Mambu locations in all areas of rewards, including base and variable compensation, benefits, wellbeing, equity and local programs. We collaborate closely with teams across the company and aim to make rewards clear, fair and helpful, so people feel confident in the support available to them.

This is a fixed-term contract for 6 months.

• Support the rollout of new benefits technology, from selection to testing and launch.
• Manage relationships with vendors, brokers, and consultants, including contracts and SLAs.
• Lead annual enrolment planning, communications, info sessions, and system oversight.
• Handle complex employee inquiries, provide guidance on eligibility and coverage, and improve benefits communications.
• Analyse utilisation data, oversee global enrolment audits, and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Track internal vendor compliance requirements and work with the team to share knowledge and strengthen capability.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience administering and managing employee benefits programs.
• Proven experience working within an international or multinational company, managing benefits programs across multiple countries and regulatory environments.
• Demonstrated success in the full lifecycle of employee benefits technology implementation, including system setup, data migration, and rollout to end-users.
• In-depth knowledge of global benefit plan structures, laws, and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, local labor laws).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and cost models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to all levels of the organization.

Preferred Experience & Skills

• Certification such as Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or equivalent.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Project management experience related to HR or benefits initiatives.
• Knowledge of benefits taxation requirements.
