About the team

 

As the Partner Enablement Manager at Mambu, you will be instrumental in building and scaling the learning and enablement ecosystem for our reseller partners globally. Leveraging different platforms like Impartner, LearnUpon, Zoom, Salesforce, Articulate 360 & Hubspot. you will design, develop, and manage a world-class Mambu Academy that equips our resellers with the knowledge, skills, and certifications needed to effectively sell, implement, and support Mambu's cutting-edge solutions. This role reports into the Senior Manager, Partner Operations & Partner Academy which is part of the channel sales team within the commercial department in Mambu. 

This role is critical to accelerating our reseller concept with partners ensuring they are fully enabled to drive pipeline growth and deliver exceptional value to our joint customers.

What you’ll do

  • Partner Learning Strategy: Define and execute the comprehensive learning strategy for Mambu's reseller partners, aligning with overall partner program goals and business objectives.
  • Curriculum Development: Design, develop, and continuously update engaging and effective learning paths, modules, and certification programs tailored for various partner roles (e.g., sales, pre-sales, implementation, support) by collaborating with (Channel Account Executives, Market Sales Directors and Sales Enablement Team).
  • Platform Management: Administer and optimise the partner learning  and engagement systems so as to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience for all partners to the Mambu Academy.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs and reporting metrics to track partner engagement with the Academy, measure learning outcomes (Accreditations & Certifications), and assess the direct impact of enablement on partner-generated pipeline, win rates, and overall partner performance.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with Sales (direct/indirect), Solution Engineering, Professional Services, Product, Sales Enablement and L&D teams to ensure content relevance, alignment, and effective program promotion.

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years of experience in partner enablement, learning & development, or a similar role within a B2B SaaS or technology company.
  • Proven experience in designing and developing scalable learning programs, strategy & content.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and channel sales models (especially reseller programs).
  • Experience working with learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools.
  • Exceptional program/project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.

 

Good to have:

 

  • Experience in the financial services or fintech industry.
  • Experience with Mambu's platform or similar cloud banking solutions.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and technical concepts relevant to Mambu's product.
