Mambu’s Order to Cash (“OTC”) team is responsible for the financial side of the partnerships with our customers. The dynamic OTC team at Mambu makes sure invoices are sent timely and accurately and coordinates the collections of fees from customers. The team has a team lead and a billing and collections analyst and reports to the Head of Business Operations, Tax and Treasury.
The Manager OTC will work closely together with the customers as well as the wider finance organization to accurately issue the regular invoices to the customer, maintain the collection process and report on accounts receivable (AR) and collection results. In this position, you will be part of a dynamic and diverse international finance team.
Manage the OTC team in executing the billing and collection activities.
Maintain a robust billing and collections process to ensure completeness and accuracy of the order to cash.
Analyze customer contracts to ensure that Mambu sends invoices timely and accurately.
Invoice management in the ERP system (NetSuite) in close cooperation with OTC and finance team.
Prepare monthly reporting package and analysis of AR; support the FP&A team with explaining results.
Be a pro-active business partner to the commercial teams regarding the billing and collection policies.
Involvement in the annual group external audit on all AR related topics.
Maintain an excellent working relationship with the revenue controller, to ensure a smooth communication and information in relation to the monthly financial close process.
Be responsible for and/or support the Head of Business Operations and CFO with communication to customers in relation to invoicing and dunning.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in billing / finance / accounting functions in an international environment.
Ability to work in a fast paced global environment and take ownership of the billing and collection processes quickly.
Experience in ERP, GSuite, MS-Office Suite, Salesforce (NetSuite big plus).
Multi-tasking skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Passionate about getting things done and continuous improvements.
Flexible mindset and team player, ability to take on other finance tasks where needed.
You approach work in a structured and organized manner and excel at meeting deadlines.
A customer-friendly attitude and excellent communication skills.
Fluent in English, other languages are a plus.
