- Be part of the team to implement and support the Mambu platform with digital lenders, startups, microfinance organisations and new business units of traditional banks.- Gather business requirements from our customers, and translate these into configuration and setup of the Mambu system.- Provide training to customers on the Mambu platform and new feature releases, as well as ongoing support to existing customers and their users.

- Manage the end-to-end delivery of customer delivery projects involving multiple stakeholders, complex scopes, internal and external dependencies, and strict timelines- Ensure projects are delivered on time through thoughtful planning, dynamic project management, stakeholder management, and proactive resolution of blockers- Ensure project scope completion while avoiding scope creep- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and minutes to align internal teams, customers, and partners- Provide visibility over project progress, milestones, next steps, and blockers- Continuously build and improve Mambu Payments / Numeral’s customer project delivery knowledge base and processes
- Execute Mambu’s monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing process in a timely manner. Ensuring the financials are complete, reliable and in compliance with IFRS accounting policies (and local if applicable). - Prepare and review journal entries (accruals, deferrals, prepayments, reclassifications, etc.). - Managing day-to-day financial administration activities- Maintain accuracy and completeness of trial balances in Netsuite- Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations and analysis on a monthly basis.- Be a proactive team member and identify and implement improvements and efficiencies that can streamline the close process and/or reduce risks
