We offer you to be part of a growing and successful company, where you can help us further build on our success. - Developing and nurturing strategic relationships with consulting partners, system integrators, cloud service providers and technology partners in order to drive new pipeline and revenues- Coordinating all company activities with the partners including contracting / agreements, training, marketing, demand generation, executive briefings, business planning and client engagements- Building joint go-to-market campaigns and co-sell motions with priority partners to deepen relationship and improve commercial outcomes (i.e,. new revenue)- Aligning partners in the region to the global partner office initiatives and Partner programs- Championing the effective business alignment of the Partner’s and Mambu’s commercial offering to become a key part of the partner's go to market plan and revenue targets- Ensuring partners are active and deliver consistent pipeline generation and drive effective revenue growth- Working closely with partners and clients to negotiate and close deals - this role will have a revenue quota attached- Help the partner succeed with Mambu - both in commercial pursuits and serve as a doorway into Mambu, bringing our experts to the table, on any matters where they are engaged in a client deployment and help is needed

Your mission is to:- Nurture opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with all key stakeholders to ensure long-term- Manage complete and complex sales-cycles, taking a consultative and detailed approach to presenting the full platform features to often presenting to C-Suite key decision making executives- Create proposals and assist with RFP responses, coordinate deal negotiation, arrange on-site visits to close deals and hand-over projects to the delivery team
- Each Solution Consultants / Engineer is responsible for helping our Account Executives and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to prepare and present solutions to clients: from preparing demos, assisting with proposals and requirements analysis- You will get the opportunity to work with every type of FinTech company from large banks to small startups while applying your banking and FinTech knowledge to help them design the next generation of financial services- Day to day you will closely interact with clients to deeply understand the customers' strategic and operational needs, prepare solution materials, conduct product showcases, run proof of concepts and any other work required to help the clients understand how Mambu fits their needs- You will get the opportunity to work with ecosystem partners to understand their offerings to advise customers and prospects on which partners are best to implement with Mambu- Hand over new projects to the delivery team as well as coordinating with product management on any new features, changes or enhancements- Provide assistance to marketing by creating content including demo videos, sales demo environments, case studies, blog posts and other collateral
- Establish practices around design workshops and architecture decisioning which enable engineers to work autonomously and develop new initiatives, while applying high quality principles consistently.- Define improvement themes for specific components in accordance with the Product Strategy and engage with Product Managers, Engineering Managers and Engineers to align on the execution plan, proactively gathering feedback and metrics.- Establish yourself as influencer and technical authority, coaching engineers on architectural thinking and advanced engineering practices, representing Mambu at technical events and conferences and providing proactive technical leadership.

- Lead the Transformation:- Set ambitious yet achievable milestones for our security transformation journey.- Engage with cross-functional teams, including Principle Engineers and Product and Engineering Architects, ensuring alignment with broader organizational and security goals.- Monitor and report on transformation progress using defined KPIs, and adjust strategies as necessary. - Integrate DevSecOps:- Collaborate with development teams to embed security checks within CI/CD pipelines ensuring seamless security integrations.- Evaluate the effectiveness of security integrations using pertinent metrics, and continuously improve our DevSecOps practices.- Regularly review and upgrade security toolsets based on performance metrics and evolving threats.- Assist with the Development of the SOC:- Assist in defining the structure, roles, and responsibilities within the Security Operations Center (SOC).- Collaborate with IT to ensure the necessary infrastructure and tools are in place for effective SOC operations.- Develop and refine a comprehensive incident response plan, ensuring swift and coordinated action during security events.- Stakeholder Engagement:- Organize regular touchpoints with business units, using metrics to demonstrate security performance and garner feedback.- Translate stakeholder feedback into actionable security initiatives improving our security posture.- Ensure transparency and open communication in security operations, building trust across the organization.- Performance Reviews:- Conduct regular performance reviews of security measures, identifying areas of improvement and recommending enhancements.- Work closely with Principle Engineers and Product and Engineering Architects to ensure security measures are robust and effective.- Use metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of security operations, driving continuous improvement.

- Design and implement clean, scalable and reusable code using Java Architect RESTful web services, both sync and async- Work with cloud service providers (GCP, AWS, Azure) and the associated architectural patterns (serverless computing, configuration as code, containers, Kubernetes, API gateway etc.)- Contribute to development of CI and CD pipelines (GitLab, ArgoCD)- Design and implementation of Islamic Banking features in collaboration with the Product and Engineering Manager, along with required infrastructure, scaling, performance tuning and optimization- Work with our emerging microservices, implement data management and the associated patterns (e.g. CQRS, CDC, Saga, DB per service)- Drive Proof of Concept projects that may hold the base of new features or new directions to be pursued- Make templating of messaging easier with a configuration as code approach- Maintain application security by tackling vulnerabilities
