- Lead the definition of our cloud strategy across all four CSPs (Amazon, Google, Azure, Oracle)- Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.- Create a product roadmap that balances customer insights and business objectives, with a clear & logical rationale that is easy to consume.- Identify new and existing Platform Products that we can better position to deliver more value to our customers and our business.- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.- Collaborate closely with engineering, Commercial, Marketing and delivery teams to prioritise features, define requirements, and drive product roadmap.

- Define and lead infrastructure strategy, working closely with product and engineering leaders to modernize core services.- Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructure using IaC and automation best practices.- Mentor engineers and raise the bar on engineering excellence, code quality, and observability across teams.- Own and optimize cloud budgets and vendor relationships across AWS and other providers.- Drive platform resilience, scalability, and performance, phasing out outdated dependencies and systems.- Champion CI/CD, DevSecOps, and Infrastructure-as-Code standards to support fast, safe deployments.- Integrate modern practices in monitoring, security, and compliance, especially in high-volume, regulated environments.

- Build software that resolves real life fintech problems for a high number of customers and impacting millions of end-users, worldwide.- Deal with complex calculations which require a high degree of logical thinking on top of technical skills.- Lead end-to-end feature delivery from design to planning, implementation and deployment.- Identify, propose and contribute to/coordinate architectural improvements.
