- Deliver on a defined annual target, with a minimum of one deal signed per quarter.- Contribute to annual New ACV target for market/region based on Mambu's GTM Strategy- Researching and analysing the industry and market developments to contribute, define and own the go to market strategy - Identify prospects (short, mid-term and long-term) by driving active outbound activities to drive pipeline development plans.- Nurture target accounts to sales-ready stage, by effective external stakeholder management and account planning - Collaborate with the cross-functional internal stakeholders- Build strong industry connections and attend in-person conferences and events. - Lead customer engagements across implementation and post–go-live, acting as the main technical point of contact.- Drive architecture and design, covering REST APIs, events, webhooks, batch and real-time integrations, and end-to-end system flows.- Conduct workshops and discovery sessions, aligning stakeholders on data flows, constraints, and solution outcomes.- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Solutions Architects, and Customer Success on design decisions and pre-sales scoping.- Ensure performance, resilience, and reliability, modelling throughput, designing for peak loads, and implementing HA/FT patterns.- Guide customers on best practices, including error handling, asynchronous processing, event-driven patterns, and secure networking.

- Lead and resolve technically deep Level 2 support cases from initial triage to full root cause analysis and final fix.- Diagnose issues across distributed, cloud-native systems, with emphasis on application and API behaviour.- Perform code-level debugging (Python, Go, or Java) to pinpoint application defects or misconfigurations.- Own Live Production Incidents: Act as the technical escalation point during high-severity production issues- Engineer the Support Experience through Automation and Observability: Treat operational pain points and repetitive support tasks as engineering challenges.- Contribute to Observability and Proactive Detection: Improve our monitoring, alerting, and dashboards so internal teams detect issues before customers do.
