- Automating security tasks to improve efficiency and accuracy- Designing and implementing integrations between cloud environments and SIEM to enhance data source coverage and threat detection capabilities (use cases)- Developing scripts and tools to improve system security, reliability, and performance- Collaborating with other security team members to ensure a secure architecture and secure development process
- Provide first line support for Mambu applications and services in Salesforce- Manage & triage incoming requests and assign it to the relevant support team- Ensure all support tickets are responded within the agreed service level timeframe- Solve technical issues reported by our customer. - Provide ongoing opportunity management support to the field organisation; - Establish a business partner model for the sales and services organisation supporting them in the creation of the deal structure and especially own the end to end approval process.- Establish and implement a best in class opportunity approval process which is streamlined, fast, automated and audit proven- Establish strong internal relationships with all the stakeholders needed for an approval like sales management, finance, products, security, risk, customer success services and legal.- Enforce quote compliance on all deals- Facilitate the sales approval and standardised contract document generation processes and ensure compliance with published sales and business approval policies- Provide guidance and interpretation to sales management of pricing, discounting and key contractual terms- Create and maintain a hierarchy of special terms that could be used in non-standard deals- Outline approver roles and responsibilities, approval routing and workflow design, simplify exception alerting and communications processes- Support in developing training materials, sales examples and conduct regular contract training sessions – to reduce contract variations between similar deals- Provide Win/Loss analysis and Discount trend reporting to the leadership team, identifying areas of improvement- Identify, develop, and implement productivity improvements so Deals Desk function scales with the broader Mambu business- Establish a process to compare discount requests with historic approvals for similar use cases to ensure consistency- Become the trusted advisor to the CRO and CFO for deal approvals- ApproachYou will perform like-for-like analysis to identify both good deals and those with more headroom around pricing or contract terms.
