The Head of Partnerships for EMEA will build and scale one of Mambu’s biggest growth engines. Mambu partners with major professional services organisations, cloud service providers and technology firms to help financial institutions realise their visions for a digitally-led future. Mambu seeks to scale these partnerships across the EMEA region – creating a major commercial function with focus. The role holder will be responsible for building and strengthening executive-level relationships with high priority partners - leveraging pre-existing relationships and those formed through global agreements. The role holder will work with Mambu’s leadership to implement and deliver on joint commercial commitments. A team is already in place to realise the growth ambitions of these partnerships across the Region. - Build a strategy around a target list of high priority partners in the Region, consisting of global and regionally focussed firms - Lead the Partnerships team in the EMEA region to meet regional commercial targets, personally executing on pipeline generation and partner influence targets- Build relationships with the most influential decision makers at those target partners – leveraging Mambu’s existing network & agreements, your own network and through direct approaches- Develop joint go-to-market plans which can be driven top-down across priority geographies- Work jointly with partners to establish propositions which deliver value for all parties – facilitating interactions between experts within Mambu and partner organisations- Develop and negotiate framework agreements and contracts with partners which include all aspects of the joint proposition, investments, marketing, joint commitments, commercials, business plans, business reviews, engagement model, risk management etc- Work closely with Mambu’s global teams to leverage the capabilities, network and assets of the wider group – serving as a senior leader within the Global Partnerships Organisation- Orchestrate the implementation of the partnerships by working with Mambu’s regional and functional leadership- Enable partners with the skills and expertise to take the joint propositions to market and, where appropriate, deliver the technology roadmap.- Operationalise all aspects of partner agreements and drive the delivery of commercial commitments - including local Governance- ‘Portfolio manage’ the roster of Regional partners
